When I Booked
TWC: Booking a Wedding Event in Mardan
When I booked the wedding event from Karachi online, I started searching for the best location in Mardan. When I finally found a place called Thak-e-Bhai, I was really surprised. Wow, what an amazing location!
TWC : Convincing the Groom for the Shoot
When I arrived in Mardan, a day before the Baraat, I discussed with Sibtain about going to Thak-e-Bhai for the shoot. He hesitated and said, ‘I’ll try,’ but I insisted, ‘No, we’re going tomorrow!’ We both laughed, and he finally agreed after getting his father’s permission.
Racing Against Time and Climbing Stairs
When we arrived at the location, we were just 45 minutes away from sunset. I felt bad because I had traveled all the way from Karachi with my team just to shoot in Mardan. However, I decided to stay optimistic. We climbed approximately 250 stairs, and by the time we reached the top, we were exhausted. Even the bride and groom were tired, and I worried we might not be able to shoot as the bride wasn’t feeling well.
Energized by the Majestic Location
Despite the fatigue, when I finally reached the top and saw the location, I felt a surge of energy. The place was truly mesmerizing. My team, including Irfan Sheikh, Saqib, and Shahmeer, also felt the same. They were passionate about their work and ready to give it their all.
Completing the Shoot
So, we began the shoot, and after it was done, we were relieved. I thought to myself, ‘Thank goodness! What we came here to do, we’ve accomplished.’ Now, we just had to wait for the results.
