1. Introduction
Welcome to TWC – The Wedding Cinematographer. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or engaging with our services.

2. Booking & Payments
To secure your event date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before the event. In special cases, we allow 25% of the remaining balance to be paid after the event. Failure to complete payment may result in delayed delivery of services.

3. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made 60 days or more before the event will be eligible for a refund of the deposit, minus any administrative fees. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.

4. Service Delivery
Soft copies of photos will be delivered within 7-10 days after the event. Final edited photos and wedding films will typically be delivered within 4-6 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the event. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all necessary details, including venue access, event schedule, and any special requests. We will not be responsible for any missed moments if sufficient information is not provided beforehand.

6. Copyright & Usage Rights
All photos and videos produced by TWC remain the intellectual property of our company. Clients are granted personal usage rights. Any commercial use, resale, or reproduction without written permission from TWC is prohibited.

7. Liability
We take great care in providing the highest quality services. However, we are not responsible for any events beyond our control, such as equipment failure, weather conditions, or venue restrictions, that may affect the outcome of our services.

8. Amendments
TWC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms regularly.
